In 2011, Alabama finished in THIRD PLACE in the SEC, behind the two SECCG participants-LSU and Georgia.
Bama layed on the couch at home while their coach lobbied on national TV to be in the NCG, and while the top two teams in the SEC, LSU and Georgia, played in Atlanta.
7 BCS human poll voters actually DROPPED Okla. State to 5th or 6th, AFTER they had annihilated Oklahoma for the Big 12 title.

That annihilation of Oklahoma came right after losing to a 35 point underdog. Still don't know how LSU fans can t wrap their dumbass heads around that.
