I wouldn't put too much stock into what his attorney says. His duty is to his client, not justice for what really went down. That is not his concern. Most attorneys don't even care to know the truth, sometimes they don't even want to hear it. It is interesting they're not denying the texts, though. Not sure I'd have gone with that angle.

so your saying there is not one way possibly Tinsil got money from ole miss athletics that the NCAA could have already dealt with? Not one reason?

I'll be simple for you but I'm sure you won't actually answer. I never said that Tunsil never got money from Ole Miss Athletics but are you saying you know 100% as fact there is not one way that those text could have been true and the NCAA already knows about them and they weren't a problem?
I don't know the facts just going off the most informed people I base my opinion off of. You base it off of what you want it to be.
What in the holy frick is this shite?
You have done gone and spun yourself inside out.

So you don't know at all that Ole Miss under Freeze cheats worse then anyone else. UT just dealt with more infractions then Ole Miss and besides Saunders under Nutt there is nothing major is reported under Freeze unless you have facts different.
Did you have a stroke while typing this?

Nor would I but I have a question. Even if it turns out Tunsil took 2 million from ole miss does it matter to him anymore? As In, can Tunsil get in any type of trouble for it? Will it somehow haunt his NFL career- suspension, etc?

Everyone has an angle but what good would this lie do but show him as a lier on a national stage for something that will come out as true or false before his clients trial.

look at Bush USC got nailed and he got nothing. No reason for him to lie about it.

Holy frick with the run-on sentences

About what? Taking money to play at Ole Miss? I agree. That's a very valid point.

Bjork is more focused on handling this with the NCAA then in public.
Duh. The public has already ruled and those mother frickers are guilty!!

Haha Look at how Bush didn't get in trouble. Tunsil has no reason to lie about it to stay out of trouble with the NFL.

How the hell do you qualify for the "opportunity" fund or does every player just get their light bill paid for?
Plus is that oppurtunity fund for the player themselves or for their mom and dad or cousin or girlfriend or dog
That doesn't seem right

Tunsil can't get in any trouble. He can't be forced to speak to the NCAA anymore. There won't be a "trial" on this. And his attorney may just be repeating what Tunsil told him. Like I said, sometimes attorneys don't want to know the truth, just the necessary information to paint their client in the best possible light. His attorney does not represent Ole Miss nor does he care about Ole Miss

I have no idea how that works or if it has anything to do with Tunsil's situation. We have to wait on the facts. I'm just going off his attorney that the NCAA knew about these text and they have been dealt with.

What his attorney said doesn't mean shite. You need to understand that.

Actually, we don't have to wait on crap. This is the Court of Public Opnion, and we have already passed our verdict.
The NCAA will take a bit longer to get the paperwork right, but the outcome won't change.

when better source come out we will see.
Posted on 5/2/16 at 7:07 pm to TampaReb
His lawyer is not a reliable source. I don't think you get that
Posted on 5/2/16 at 7:13 pm to lsufball19
Unless he says Ole Miss cheated of course. I'm not saying there is no way his wrong but he is the best source out there talking about it. Why would he lie about this if the facts are going to come out eventually.

again, he could be repeating what Tunsil has told him. He can still paint Tunsil as a victim in all of this. Poor college kid needs help to pay the light bill. Touching story. His attorney isn't privey to information regarding the NCAA investigation. He only knows what his client tells him. It's pretty clear you are going to hear what you want to believe.
