"Never had a shot in the NFL, never allowed to be the day 1 starter"? It might have helped him a bit if he knew the fricking play book. He seldom watched film, missed meettings after meetings but yea, not knowing the plays ...hurt. Your the type of person who's hurt him all his life, giving him excuse after excuse when he falls flat on his face because of his own lack of discipline. Hate him? Nope. Don't waste energy on someone who does not care about himself.
