Why did you alter his statement? He didn't say Tunsil was the "real victim", he said Tunsil was the victim of a "real crime" - and that is a fact.

If we just accept the blackmail part because "he should have known better", that's a dangerous position to take and you might one day, if it ever happened to you, you might appreciate why it can't be acceptable.

I mean, it might just be me, but I think that being involved in a murder investigation is a little more serious than smoking marijuana.
