He isn't.
And while USC's run from 2003-2008 was spectacular, it mustn't be oversold. In that six year span they won a grand total of....one BCS national title. One. They were a dominant force during that time but to call them a dynasty? That's stretching it. The media, especially Colin Cowherd, overplays Carroll's accomplishments at USC on a consistent basis.

They are very comparable.
1) Good team in a weak conference. Check.
2) College stars who flopped in the NFL. Check.
3) Cheated in order to get college stars. Check.
4) Won a single championship, then claimed a dynasty. Check.
