The response to what CPM said is far greater over-reaction than the reaction of CPM to the play itself.
The play contributed to the winning run. It wasn't the only factor but it was one.
PS: props to State. They did what they needed to do to win the series.

Well the 1B even felt like he was thrown under the bus so I think the reaction is appropriate.
