If you read multiple articles, you will see this only applies to public universities Athletic Departments. Again, read more instead of finding one shitty article, jumping over to tRant and trying to make a big deal out of nothing

UGA Police Dept is solely funded by the university. Kirby's Law impacts the Ath Dept FOI requests. I get it.

Does the UGA Police have a detention center and do they do booking, or do they turn those cases/part of the process over to ACCPD?
