90 days? My apologies then. They were originally saying 60 days like most other states.

again, not a big deal, but I don't think that's accurate

I can't speak for universities, but most other agencies in the state are really pushing it to justify 30 days in Alabama, as a reasonable amount of time (but i also think that's to produce requested records, not acknowledge receipt of the request, assuming it's done under sunshine law).
