Teams win games in the trenches. How would you rank the combination of offensive and defensive lines in the SEC this year?
Team (OL, DL Rank)
1. Alabama (2, 1)
2. Tennessee (4, 2)
3. LSU (1, 7)
4a. Auburn (6, 3)
4b. Florida (5, 4)
6. Ole Miss (7, 5)
7. Arkansas (3, 9)
8. Texas A&M (8, 8)
9. Georgia (9, 10)
10. Missouri (14, 6)
11. Mississippi State (10, 11)
12. Vanderbilt (11, 12)
13. Kentucky (12, 13)
14. South Carolina (13, 14)
Fire away

What does Auburn bring back???

Garret by himself should have A&M higher than 8

Did you just make this up?

I would move Arkansas and UF above OM

I'd move A&M up a bit. Maybe Auburn back a spot or two. Solid list overall though.

I'd rank Auburn lower, TBH.
Huge question marks on how the offensive line will mesh and we really aren't sure who the offensive tackles will be, which might cause almost a complete overhaul (Austin Golson has already switched to LT, Xavier Dampeer to C, question mark at RT). The defensive line is by far one of the most talented units in the SEC, so I would still rank them kind of high.

lulz ... oh my gosh, no - just no.
Come on men - get a grip. At least take the time to do a little research.

I'm waiting for the "April Fools!"
LSU is replacing both tackles and there could be some shuffling to get it done. I wouldn't have them at 1.

Arkansas's defensive line is going to be more like the 2014 version than the 2015 one. I wouldn't be surprised if it was better than the OL... actually now that I think about it the defensive line will probably be better.

are you basing these rankings on actual results or potential? Just Curious

Pro football focus would be good for this.

No way our DL is 7. 5 at the least

9th? You're kidding I hope.
Arkansas returns 9/10 on a two deep up front that was 12th in the nation against the run last season and 2nd in the league.
Come on, you're better than that.

1. Alabama (2, 1)

LSU's OL is not number 1, probably not even top 3. They lost their best 2 OLs which happened to be both tackles. That OL really benefited by playing against some of the absolute worst rushing defenses in the country. In fact, they played the 2 worst rushing defenses in all of the NCAA.

Damn, George thinks Uga is gonna suck big time.

You're overvaluing Arkansas' OL and undervaluing the d-line. I'd say our offensive line will probably be in the range of 4-7th and our defensive line will probably be 5th-7th.
