Again, taking into account the fact that Florida is spending far, far more than many of those programs, and I don't think it's so far fetched.

And the Dodgers spend far more than the Rays, but which franchise would get more on the open market? Just admit there is a flaw in the methodology, it's okay.

We also bring in far more revenue, it balances out. Louisville, Kentucky, Kansas spend more than we do, but also bring in even larger revenues.
