If you give Mike another year and he doesn't achieve anything but he does a decent job recruiting I could see where we draw someone up and coming

ETA: sorry for bringing my antics the UofA board. I thought Pearl would be a good hire before I ever read it here. Waaay better fit than fuggin Auburn, IMO.
