The length some fans will go to justify why their team will keep a prized recruit or player never ceases to amaze me. How about just be honest and admit he won't get dropped because he's a freak athlete and State and Mullen need him? That's the only reason the kid hasn't been booted yet.

well if she had been severely beaten, it would have likely been aggravated assault, which is a felony. so yeah that's a pretty big difference, legally at least
