If charges aren't dropped, the judge may send him for some sort of rehabilitation service. He's still a minor, so if it's a first time offense, he'll probably just get a good talking to. If she had been beaten to a pulp, it'd be a different story, but Simmons wasn't even the only person involved in the fracas, so the charge is just procedure.
As of right now, I just can't see anything of note happening here. On way or the other.
I agree. The only thing to come of this will be the loss of State's dignity.

We've just been taking notes from Saban and Bama....I was all for him staying, but now that I've been reminded of the Jonathan Taylor rule, he can't go to another SEC school if we release him. Thanks for setting the bar!!
