So just wondering about how this works. So he declared and now will just train at the school. Because isn't it normally the agent that advance the cost of the pre draft training?

No idea. All I know is he doesn't have to sign an agent, he would be gone if he did, and can go to the combine and declare his intentions afterwards. It's a no-brainer. Many cfb players declare and get screwed.
