Except for federal $$ a lot of kids would be barefoot in school. Im surprised that the police would know how the hell to use a breathalyser (sp)...or could read the manual.

It is poor, but mostly only 3rd world poor (like you are talking about) in the delta. The rest of MS is actually very hilly and beautiful... And there actually is A LOT of money in MS. It's just OLD MONEY, and those kind of ppl with that kinda money don't advertise it or flaunt it. They have nothing to prove to the world cuz their family's ALWAYS been rich.
