I would also add Kevin Faulk. 4 year starter, and held the record for all-purpose yards, in the SEC, when he was done.

Hard to argue with a Heisman and just about every single season QB record.

Depends on what the definition of homegrown heroes you are using. I think Cannon was actually born in Mississippi, not sure when he moved, could have been at 2 months or as a 16yo. No idea and not going to bother looking it up.
