This. We had to wait 45 minutes to take off because someone didn't put their phone on airplane mode.

Eventually the flight attendants had to confiscate everyone's phones. We didn't get them back until baggage claim, 50 something cellphones and Ipads sliding down the conveyor belt and people scrambling to grab their mobile devices.
