No state tax is a plus, however living in the woodlands, tx and paying a large sum of money in property tax is another.My dad lives in Myrtle Beach, SC on a golf course and pays 5% of the amount of property tax as what I pay yearly. However, almost every home in Myrtle Beach is on a golf course lol

However on that note, I would coach any of those teams for 20% of their salaries haha
