Is it possible for Ron Paul to make himself less credible/relevant?

The fact that he was running a late night infomercial warning of economic apocalypse and directing people to go visit his website where you can purchase a $50 economic "survival kit" - all throughout his son's presidential campaign says a lot about Ron Paul. He couldn't even stfu and support his son's campaign. Pretty pathetic.

The informercial eventually offers viewers a $49.50 Stansberry hard-copy “Survival Blueprint” that includes, among other tips, “the strategy that can save you and your neighborhood,” “how to quickly open a foreign bank account” and “the secret ‘paper currency’ used by the world’s wealthiest people.”

Sure, as long as you give 60% to 90% of what you make to Bern. Bern knows how to send your hard-earned money better than you do.
