If there is a supposed 20-year history of rapes, is there also 20-year documentation of the victims going to the hospital and being tested, with evidence being preserved for prosecution of the rapists? Are there police reports?

This is different from Penn State in that the alleged victims are adults. We can expect that 10-year-old boys could be intimidated into being silent, but grown women?

Where is the evidence?

That's a big problem I have with Title IX. It dictates that schools set up an alternative justice system without the rules of a real justice system.

If a crime (particularly a felony as serious as rape) has been committed, it should be dealt with by the police and prosecutors, not school administrators and disciplinary boards. Doing it any other way is blatantly unfair to both the accuser and accused.

1) You're obviously not a woman
2) Do you have any idea the hell that a woman must go through (from the rape kit/exam all the way to the end of the trial) once she goes public about it.

What would you do if a couple of guys jumped you and sodomized you and nobody else knew it? That'd be a hard question for me to answer.
