Is there any way for an AD to make a hire that isn't criticized?
Mid Major = cheap hire
Coordinator = unproven as a head coach
Previous HC = couldn't hack it

As to current head coaches, if they're doing well, why would they go to a program that isn't? If they're not doing well, why would we want them?

Too much complaining done about coaching hires. Evaluate them independently, rather than trying to bucket them.
