Those were actually pretty funny. Also brought back memories of trading cards and playing Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow on the bus ride to school. I was pretty pissed that my parents wouldn't buy me the brand new fancy GameBoy Color that all the cool kids had. You could also get "Nintendo link cables" to connect to each other's game boys and battle to the death. Then the girls started getting boobs, and that was the end of that.

I always wanted to play the game without cheating but after a couple hours grinding to get a high enough level for victory road, I would just do the infinite rare candy cheat.
