no, but price should be lower for everybody. cable/broadband industry in the US has become a monopoly. developed countries in Europe and Asia pay $20 per month for much faster broadband while Americans pay $60 for archaic broadband speed.

Google will change this. frickers like AT&T and Comcast will either drop costs to match or go out of business.
