Fresh coaching with great recruits will make a diff.
should be enough to get you there.

We return virtually everyone from last year.

We had a couple of top 10 classes in 14 and 15, top 15 class this year, made a serious upgrade a DC, we should win the East.

We should have won it this past season, but we stepped on our dicks again.

Florida will win it
1. A real O line, this season no Fordham transfer.
2. More than 1 adequate wr.
3. no Treon

It's happening

It's gonna be close i just think Ga. with talent they have coming in and talent they already have are a year
or two ahead of Tenn. They just needed a fresh face at
coaching they been on a 15 yr. stale... they are gonna to be good next year.

Not sure if we'll win it ... but we'll finish in the upper half of the East and that will be doing something.

I think the Vols are the overwhelming favorite, UGA has too many question marks on the O. I do think top to bottom the dawgs will have the top D in the east, the front seven is loaded but still not enough. Another thing to watch is UGA's kicking game, Kirby stated it frankly scares him to death. For the first time in 9 yrs I think the Vols return to Atl., UGA and UF fight it out for 2nd.

We will be a much less proven team and probably take a step back in 2017. If Butch is going to make a move, this is the year to do it. I won't say we're definitely the best team in the East, because those things can be hard to tell preseason (exhibit A is Auburn virtually every year.) But we look like it. At least we return the most proven talent of anyone in the East.

On paper TN is the best team in the east, followed by UGA IMO. Probably comes down to UT@UGA on 10/1.

That said, you seriously have to wonder about the culture up there given the recent allegations and whether or not Butch can pull it together.

Fair assessment. I would change 2 and 3. I think Uga has the best shot. I just think UTk will under achieve. I have a feeling they will implode.

There is a long time culture of corruption up there .... it really took root under Fulmer (see Fulmer Cup), but it is going to be very difficult for Butch to prevent it from derailing what little headway he has made the past couple of years.

The Vols sold their collective souls to the devil when they paid Albert Haynesworth big money to attend there and got away with it, while turning around and turning-in Bama for the Albert Means/Memphis Melrose connection thing.

Karma is catching up with them once again and I actually almost hate it for them ... but nah, not really.

I really dislike Phil Fulmer though. All kidding aside, he is bad juju. The Haslam brothers are still casting a shadow as well. Until those three are gone Tennessee will probably continue to suffer their curse.

It better be Tennessee or Butch really fricked up.

GA may be starting a FR QB. Chubb coming off injury. They'll be solid but could have some major holes.

FL looked like hot garbage after Grier went down. Not sure they'll do enough on offense.

Mizzou is a total rebuild on offense.
