@LSUBeatTweet As Bama coach Avery Johnson's NOLA entourage celebrates 76-69 win, LSU's Ben Simmons practices free throws after missing 9 of 19 in game.

Hell of an athlete, the great ones grow from failure and become stronger than before.

Good for Ben. If Jones won't coach him the kid will just have the coach himself.

This LSU team, outside of Simmons, Victor, and Hornsby, is absolute shite.

He needs to do what some of the young guys at UK have done, start dragging guys out there to do it with you. Darius Miller starting the "Breakfast Club" at UK was one of the best things they did when they were hitting some road bumps. Simmons is always going to get his. It's about elevating the guys around you to get the win.

He definitely needs to work on his shooting.

This is what a graceful loser looks like.

Simmons is clearly mature beyond his years.

Guy is a hell of a player and an even better person. Nothing but respect to him.

Hornsby and Victor were also fun to watch.

Didn't something similar to tonight happen with Christian Laettner and Shaquille O'Neil?

Just heard that Simmons has only taken 35 jumpers all season 12 for 35

On non jumpers, he's 81% with his right and 15% with his left.

Crazy.

I remember Kobe doing something very similar once. He's following the right footsteps.

Missing those FT's was the kill shot last night.

Good for Ben. That's a great trait he's displaying.
