Do you run for weight management and overall health?

Or because you're just a 'runner' and it's basically your sport?

I started last fall for overall health (cholesterol & heart health in general) As a side benefit I did lose about 25 lbs. I'm still doing it for overall health. I don't think I'm doing it just for the enjoyment of running, I don't really enjoy running I guess, but I do love the physical results and the sense of achievement.
