girls SB is not like other sports in the NCAA so I would think succession would not be a problem as the sons are obviously good at what they do. Recruiting is the lifeblood of any sport. When Murph decides to hang it up I hope they give it to one of his long time assistants.

If Au has great success before he retires they will have people begging to take over for him.
