I may start getting concerned, if I were you. I thought the second letter was a load of shite. Now, I'm not so sure. Why would the NCAA send a NOA while still investigating?

And therein lies the problem- Ole Miss made it a little too obvious their bagmen were better..

Because your coach, your school, your team, your facilities, your stadium, your recent championships (or lack there of), your fans and your state aren't even close to being on the same level as most of the team's you recruit against......
