Dang, boys, where did we go wrong? It happens to everybody eventually. I guess it was our turn.

If I was there I feel like I would be melting really bad on the walk from the stadium

Ok so you fire Clement, who you gonna hire? If you hire someone and they are too good, they're gonna get picked off like Godwin and McDonnell.

People hated Godwin as well, until 2014. Our bullpen is what cost us at the end.

We have a top recruiting class coming in, I wouldn't fire anyone.

Nah, nobody is to be fired. This was the best regional for sure. We just didn't have it. It happens. Some are harping wildly about us expecting a national seed then we go 0-2 in our own regional. The two aren't related IMO. We do need a pitcher or two who can lock folks down whether he's already on staff or to be brought in. I'd also like to see our small ball improve a little. Come on football season (I guess).

If the draft doesn't deplete us, we'll have some pitchers coming in. Next season looks like this on the mound.

Parkinson
McArthur
Stokes
Pagnozzi
Feigl
Johnson
Smith

Then bringing in:

Barber
Roth

Next year is gonna be rough. We lose all our good hitters.

You just never know how your hitting shapes up in this era of college baseball and the draft. I mean the best hitter in the country right now is a freshman. MSU's best hitter is a freshman. HItters come and go and must be developed.

It will be hard to replace Robinson, Blackman, Woodman, Lartigue, and Bortles.

I just don't see Lartique and Blackman getting drafted high enough to leave.

Lartigue maybe

Blackmon

Might get drafted in the 20th round. What the hell happened to him. Probably should have gone out of high school when he was peaking. Would have been drafted higher

Blackman needs help on defense.

Lartique's injuries late might scare some teams.

Tate is good on offense. His defense needs help though. I'm not sure what happened there.

Lartique has a chance, but he's raw and I don't see him going top 15 rounds.
