Ten years ago, I taught in Canberra, Australia. Now I have to find someone who will receive this form, go back through ten years of records, fill out the form and send it back to me.

You need something from 10 years ago specifically, not just your last 9 years in the US? So, all of your previous employers?

Yes, all of them.
The US ones are no problem.
The Australia one will take weeks --- if I am lucky.
