Regarding the 85/25 Scholly rule...I'm gonna step out on a limb a little here, it's sort of a personal opinion/diatribe I have about it.....
I believe there needs to be an easier structure to keep track of for NCAA Schools regarding football programs. Set the class limit at 25, but the team limit to 100 instead of 85 since 4 X 25 = 100, then regarding back counting and extra schollys, if there is an extra spot to get to that 100 or if you only took 23 or 24 kids the year before, you have some extra schollys to give, that way it's easy math.
