Hot women, it's in Austin (though it is the fastest growing city in America), good academics, fun drugs, and has a very good athletic program in the big 3 (4 national titles in football, 3 final fours in basketball, 6 national titles in baseball and 6-time runner up).

Lot of people hate them for their arrogance, but I would say a lot of people from around the country envy them.
