I think he will make a good CEO and steward of the program. I am just not sold on him being a championship level coach yet because of his recruiting ability.
I agree with what you're saying though. He is calm and collected and it filters out to everyone he talks to.

I think Mac got the main guys he set his sights on
Flipped a top QB from LSU
Flipped a kicker from Bama

OL and DL must be a focal point going forward.
Again lets see how the 17 class is before we say he cant recruit.
