I think both could next year.
Alabama will be much better next year.
The entire team returns except for Retin, we add Nick King who is supposedly the best player on the team right now but can't play because of transfer. We get Dazon Ingram back, who was probably our #2 best player before he broke his foot. We also add a top 10, NBA player in Terrance Ferguson, the #64 player in Braxton Key and the #6 JuCo player in ArMond Davis (#11 recruiting class).
So, I mean, yea I think we have a decent shot next year. Hell, if we close out tonight and beat Mizzou Saturday we will be in the Top 50 of the RPI and semi-on the bubble in mid-February this year.
