The magic number on the 24/7 Composite has generally been 300. There have been only a couple years in which a team hit the 300 point mark and didn't finish ranked #1, and that was USC's 2015 and OSU's 2013 classes that got edged out by Bama.

Currently, LSU is sitting at 287.35 and Bama is at 263.45. LSU's average player ranking is 91.97, and Bama's is just a slight edge ahead at 92.22.

We can play around with the class calculator and come up with a pretty good idea of how each team finishes in the rankings.

If Bama adds Mack Wilson (5*LB), Ben Davis (5*LB), Mique Juarez (5*LB), Irvin Smith (3*TE), Jamar King (3* JUCO DE), and Jared Mayben (4*CB), it puts us at 303.28. That would be with only 23 commitments. There's a possibility of Terrell Hall and one or two others that I don't have a good feel on.

My question is who is LSU expected to finish with?

Kristian Fulton, Trayvon Mullen, Sci Martin, to be added and praying Fowler stays committed. I think that's the final guys LSU gets with maybe 1 wildcard.

Auburn will lock it down by Wednesday afternoon.

The top 7 players in the country are signing with Auburn.

Shyheim Carter? Nigel Knott?

I think Bama overtakes LSU one way or the other. Not too worried since many believe LSU's class is the best in CFB History (depending on what recruiting site you use). That's good enough for me to be happy with this cycle no matter what the class scores are

If UGA adds about 9 guys that we could conceivably add, we'd have 301:

Michail Carter
David Marshall
EJ Price
Flip Tyler Simmons
Mecole Hardman
Demetris Robertson
Flip Jeawan Taylor
Add two from Mack Wilson, Derrick brown, Brian burns, Patrick Hudson, juaun Williams

I don't think Bama gets Juarez. Probably Carter instead. But I have LSU landing Fulton, Mullen, Sci and maybe an OT suprise
