I like to get the vanilla ice cream along with about 3/4 milk and 1/4 heavy whipping cream. Put it all in a blender with a good dose of Hershey's chocolate syrup. Blend it really well and then pour it in a lowball glass consuming it a bit at a time.
A good refresher and better than any Scotch you can drink.
