Because theyre in different offenses?... the Redskins had training wheels on cousins for much of the year... meanwhile Carolina stretches teams vertically better than just about any other team in the league.
As a pure passer, I don't think anyone will argue he's a top 5 QB... but as a total package, he's almost unstoppable.

Their yards per attempt are almost identical, 7.75 to 7.67. Cam just doesn't know how to not throw a rocket. He'll take the next step as a passer once he learns to put a little touch on his passes to make them more catchable.
