If you mistake "shitty" for realistic, factual, and level headedness, I'm afraid you won't amount to much as far as obtaining a prestigious occupational status. When your boss presents you with a fact-related scenario with the tools and blueprint on how to proceed going forward, are you just going to immediately dismiss him as "shitty"?
