I hate MUPD so much. It's not an arrestable offense in CoMo, yet they insist on ignoring the local law and arrest our athletes anyways. Let's legalize the shite already and be done with it. I mean, who honestly cares at this point? Its insane we arrest people for a tiny amount of marijuana.

MUPD is a state law enforcement agency that enforces state statute not Columbia city ordinances.

I've had a few run ins with the MUPD in my time. They reminded me of the keystone cops every time.
