Just shows were we are as a society. These kids are suggesting that they are victims. It was just two generations ago that people took great risks to give them the opportunity. I would personally compare football players to Rock stars, not slaves.

Agree .

They ain't starving.
They get a free education
They are treated like gods on campus
They get free clothes
They get room and board , plus open training table.

And now 3500-4000 for stipens. That's alot of pizzas if you ask me.

Plus how about the promotion and training they get first class to help them reach the league. With a first class degree if they just work a little.

Well said. Sports is just a form of entertainment, it doesn't do anything else. It generates a lot of money, but so do albums, movies, etc.
