I just turned 49. Black students actually sued the University of Alabama for the Right to play football during my life time. They even named Bear Bryant as a defendant. May have been his idea, because he was in a political war with Wallace, but it happened.

Playing football at a university is not a right, is a priviledge, if they want to sue, let them do it and cancel the football program, let see how well they do without the college platform.
