The fault occurred at approximately 1 a.m. in Calico Rock, according to Flave Carpenter, customer service manager for Entergy Arkansas Inc. Carpenter said Entergy is reconstructing the line in various places and because of the cold temperatures, the line “drew up” and caused a fault.
