They're really not. South Louisiana is nothing like any of Arkansas. North Louisiana is really similar, which is why North Louisiana sucks majorly at everything but producing great QB's.

Made a trip down there not to long ago and saw many similarities. Not going to argue New Orleans though, that is totally different than anything in Arkansas.
