1. Arkansas (NWA)
2. Georgia (Atlanta)
3. Texas (Austin)
4. Florida (Miami)
5. South Carolina (Charleston)
6. Louisiana (New Orleans)
7. Tennessee (Nashville)
8. Kentucky (not sure... is Lexington or Louisville better?)
9. Alabama (Birmingham? I have no idea)
10. Mississippi (Gulfport/Biloxi) - I actually lived here for 7 months and it wasn't bad. The food was great. But it's just not for me, ultimately. I like city life.

edit: Atlanta, Austin, and Miami are all pretty interchangeable for me. I'd only move if I could find a better job than the one I have now in NYC, so it would depend on the offer. But I'd be happy to live in any of the top 7 places I listed. After that, I'm not sure.

This take you a pin and draw from NE Ark to SW Ark and you will have two totally different regions, both people wise and most important terrain wise. THe NW half of Arkansas is truly Gods county and the SW half is a nasty shithole like MS and LA. Nasty water and nasty land. NW ARk #1 Sw half of ARk last.
