I was born there actually.. I had to narrow down my TN list, didn't want to appear too TN biased. Chattanooga is making a comeback for sure and I'd most definitely live there.

I was born there too. It definitely left a lot to be desired for a long time. It is now one of the best small cities in the U.S. Amazing what 10 years can do
