Not particular as long as its within a 45 minute drive.
ETA: I work and live downtown. Anywhere within Little ROck or within 45 minutes of would be nice. I would even consider a bit further if someone gave a glowing recommendation.

not sure about PCP or Preventative care...
However, for anyone in pain... Kevorkian seems to know what he is doing!
