This one here says Chubb will be back full by summer. I also know one of the trainers of staff, and they said he will be back before the season starts. You can doubt me all you want, but Chubb will be playing against UNC.

That article is from October, it'd be nice if you could link something more recent but I don't think you can. I also think you lack some reading comprehension skills, that article says that nobody on staff gave a timetable for return, just an optimistic viewpoint being that perhaps he can return by summer camp.
I would like to point out that there was a video put out in April of Todd Gurley running full speed on a treadmill and he didn't play in a game until the last week of September and even then only took a handful of carries. It's okay to be optimistic about Chubb bc he is superhuman, but its a little ridiculous to try to guarantee he'll be 100% in August.
