we will take a more aggressive approach to promoting our players for Heisman

Why? The argument during the BCS era was clear, in that having a heisman candidate gave the team more recognition. With the playoff era here, I don't see how this is terribly important. I'd rather an aggressive approach to winning. Just doesn't seem like it's worth our resources/time to "push". If we win and Chubb performs, he'll be in the conversation. Particularly given the struggles on offense this year, he'll be seen as the "savior returned".

Helps with recruiting great players. And I think it only fair to a player with Gurley or Chubb stats and talent to at least be par with other schools who push their players.

I don't think the PR push steals time away from the people working to win us games.
