In terms of Sacks Clemson has faced these teams with their sack ranking and sacks given up during that game:

Oklahoma- #8 nationally, 2 sacks given up
North Carolina- #81 nationally, 0 sacks given up
South Carolina- #99 nationally, 0 sacks given up
Wake Forest- #99 nationally, 0 sacks given up
Syracuse- #81 nationally, 0 sacks given up
Florida State- #31 nationally, 2 sacks given up
North Carolina State- #31 nationally, 2 sacks given up
Miami- #64 nationally, 0 sacks given up
Boston College- #24 nationally, 3 sacks given up
Georgia Tech- #120 nationally, 1 sack given up
Notre Dame- #78 nationally, 0 sacks given up
Louisville- #9 nationally, 2 sack given up
App St.- #19 nationally, 3 sacks given up
Wofford- No data, 1 sack given up (backups in)

So really, the teams that are horrible at sacking, were horrible at sacking vs. Clemson. However, if the team is in the top 30 in sacks, they get at least two sacks.

Alabama is far and away above the teams that have been able to sack Watson.

Here's Coker and Alabama:
Wisconsin- #55, 2 sacks given up
MTSU- #81, 0 sacks given up
OM- #50,1 sack given up
ULM- #64, 2 sacks given up
Georgia- #94, 0 sacks given up
Arkansas- #99, 2 sacks given up
TAMU- #24, 1 sack given up
Tennessee- #42, 5 sacks given up (holy shite)
LSU- #24, 3 sacks given up
MissST- #42, 0 sacks given up
Auburn- #102, 0 sacks given up
Florida- #5, 2 sacks given up
Mich. State- #13, 2 sacks given up

So Alabama and Coker did about the same. Bad teams at sacking generally didn't get sacks, good teams generally did. Some outliers like the 5 given up during Tennessee, and #99 ranked Arkansas getting 2 sacks, but in general, about the same.
