Exactly - ohio state gave up 400 yards passing to wisconsin that year. I mean friggin wisconsin who runs the ball every play. Ohio State lost that game due to a fumbled punt when they were up 12 going into 4th quarter and they weren't very good that year.

All due respect to Clemson and DW - but Alabama wins because they have far more depth and they're a bigger, stronger, faster team in all phases of the game. Clemson would have to net 3 or 4 turnovers to have a chance to win this one. Alabama is just too good at every position.
Alabama has the best defensive line I've ever seen in college football and more depth at that position than I've ever seen in any college football team. They have 6 or 7 D lineman who will be playing in the NFL - maybe 3 first rounders. Alabama will own the LOS and that the end of Clemson.
